Zoe Stephens, Salon MD has over 30 years experience in the hairdressing industry. Working in various major city centre hair salons along the way. Today Urban Hair Salon now employs over 10 employees.

 

Any of our clients have been visiting the salon for years... our service is that good! We never take any appointments or clients for granted.

At Urban Hair Salon we have a team of dedicated staff whose main aim is to ensure your visit is as pleasurable as possible. Developing our staff is key to our continued growth. Which is why Urban Hair Salon views training as a journey rather than a destination... it is always ongoing! We have both internal reviews and external training supported by industry leaders such as L'Oreal Professional, Wella, Hot Tool, Cloud 9 and Neal+Wolf.
